Appellants appeal from district court orders that dismissed a claim under the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C.A. 552a (West Supp. 1994), for lack of standing, and dismissed Appellants challenges to exclusion proceedings and claims concerning adjustment of status for lack of jurisdiction because they had not exhausted administrative remedies. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
